Privacy Policy

Summary
VERZIO's privacy policy explains what account, marketplace, cookie, email, and technical data may be processed to run the AI-built application marketplace and community.
Information We Collect
We collect account information from your login provider, including name, email address, avatar, provider ID, and public profile details. We also collect content you submit, such as apps, prompts, collections, posts, replies, comments, uploaded media, and profile details.
Usage and Technical Data
We may process technical data such as session cookies, IP address, browser information, request logs, rate-limit events, and marketplace activity like upvotes, views, and feature checkout status.
Public MCP Discovery
The public VERZIO MCP connection at /mcp/public lets AI assistants search and retrieve public app listings, prompts, blogs, maker profiles, collections, and community discussions without a VERZIO account. Search terms, filters, and public record IDs are sent to VERZIO to answer a request. Responses can include public maker names, profiles, and content that people have chosen to publish. This connection does not access private accounts or messages, publish content, or process payments. The VERZIO application does not save public MCP tool inputs or outputs as new database records. It uses an in-memory, per-IP rate limiter whose counters expire after a 15-minute window. Hosting infrastructure may also process request metadata as described above.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate VERZIO, authenticate users, show marketplace content, personalize account views, prevent abuse, send opted-in product emails, process paid features, and improve reliability and safety.
Public Content
Marketplace submissions, maker profiles, posts, comments, prompts, collections, and related metadata may be visible to other users and visitors. Do not submit information you do not want to be public.
Data Retention
Account information and public content remain in the live service while the account or item is active. When we complete a deletion request, we remove the relevant records from the live database. Automatic and manually uploaded database backups are retained for up to seven days. Hosting request and error logs are retained for up to seven days. The public MCP's in-memory rate-limit counters expire after 15 minutes.
Service Providers
We use third-party providers for authentication, payments, email delivery, file storage, hosting, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.
Cookies
VERZIO uses session cookies to keep you signed in and protect account access. Your browser settings may let you block cookies, but some features may stop working.
Email Preferences
If you receive digest or product emails, you can unsubscribe using the link included in those emails. Transactional or account-related messages may still be sent when necessary.
Your Choices
You may update profile details from your account settings. To request deletion or correction of account data or public content, email [email protected]. Include the account or public listing you want us to review so we can identify the relevant records.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
